Top 10 Best Adventure Time Episodes of All Time

Adventure Time is a show that filled with a lot of cool adventures, likable characters, great jokes, setting, and memorable moments. Today, i will countdown my top 10 best Adventure Time Episodes of All Time. Let's get started:

10. Flute Spell (S07E25)

     A romantic story episode that seems really enjoyable for me, because Huntress Wizard is really has a tolerable personality, unlike not like Princess Bubblegum and Flame Princess. I also loved when Finn and Huntress Wizard playing the flute and the sound of flute melodies is really sweet. I really want a flute in real life now.

9. I Am a Sword (S07E31)

     This one of those Adventure Time episodes that has high intense, suspense, and terror that makes you left satisfied. Bandit Princess is really a badass villain in this episode. And the ending was real dark-ish.

8. Wake Up & Escape from the Citadel (S06E01 & S0602)

     This two-parter episode has it's special moments. Finn & Jake killing all of evil shadow of an old man, The Lich kill Prismo, and a dramatic scene between Finn and Martin. But the most shocking moments are Finn touched The Lich bone with the oil skin and Finn lost his arm.

7. Varmints (S07E02)

     This episode is really suprising me. This episode is about Bonnibel and Marceline track down the place of Varmints after some Varmints ate Bonnibel pumpkin fruit. The primary weapon that Bonnibel uses it's really cool. There is also some good jokes that makes the episode not really focusing on action and drama. This episode develops Bonnibel and Marceline relationship. Bonnibel feels sad when she lost some things. There is also a funny scene where Bonnibel says to some Varmints before finally she and Marceline escaped the cave. And the episode ends with heartwarming ending.

6. The Tower (S06E04)

     An emotional journey about Finn building a tower to get to Martin. The song and the tower buiding is great! This episode has a high drama that put into it.

5. Hot Diggity Doom & The Comet (S06E42 & S0643)

     This two-part episode of Season 6 finale bring it's charm like a lot of great episodes from Season 1-4. I mean the election part and the Orgalorg part are awesome. My favorite part of this two-parter episode is the Catalyst Comet scene.

4. Simon & Marcy (S0514)

     An amazing flashback episode about Simon & Marcy relationship during the Mushroom War. This episode has great action scenes, high drama, and good humor. This episode has a powerful scene when Simon has to uses his ice crown to kill a lot of zombie even if he has to accept Marcy promise about not using his ice crown again.

3. Thank You (S03E17)

     The premise of the episode it's almost like the first half of the Wall-E length film. While there is only a few dialogue, the episode still has a powerful plot about a Snow Golem helping a wolves. If you want to see a cartoon episode with only a few dialogue, this is the episode that is definitely worth checking out.

2. Mortal Folly & Mortal Recoil (S02E24 & S02E25)

     This two-part episode is perhaps one of the darkest Adventure Time episodes, as The Lich as the antagonist in this two-part episode it's just really really creppy. The ending of Mortall Folly was really dark. And in Mortal Recoil, we get to see Ice King teamed up with Finn and Jake to stop Princess Bubblegum body being possesed by The Lich.

     Before we get to number one, here are the honorable mentions:

11. Card Wars & Daddy-Daughter Card Wars (S04E14 & S07E34)

Both episode that feature Card Wars, the game that i really loved to see in Adventure Time. The originial Card Wars episode was classic, while the sequel has a ton of depth moments.

12. Is That You? (S06E19)

     

     In this episode, Finn and Jake makes a tradition to Prismo's death. Jake then eat Prismo's pickle and starts to disappear. Finn try to find real Jake, but always fail. Then, there is some time-related scenes that seems like a paradox that makes another Finn in previous time. Finn in present and Prismo success in their mission. And finally Prismo is resurrected from the current maker, Jake. Finn get his new sword called Finn sword, given by Prismo. This episode uses time-related plot right and has a high suspense, which makes you shocked watching the atmosphere of the episode.

13. Gold Stars (S06E26)

    This cool Sweet P episode is about he goes into trouble in his first day at school.

14. The Vault (S05E34)

     We finally get to see to see Finn's past lives. One of them is Shoko. In the flashback, Shoko goes to Candy Kingdom that still in construction. There is some memorable dialogue between Shoko and Bonnibel. The scene when Shoko fall to radioactive rivers it's just really dark. But then, she survived in ghost form, and she has break in a tree that yet has to grow. The episode ends with Finn gives the amulet to Bonnibel after taking it from Shoko. What i love from this episode it's the episode are colorful but still dark, great plot, great early history of Candy Kingdom and cool tone.

15. Bad Jubies (S07E20)

     The animation in this episode is really cool and smooth. This episode is basically funnier version of Pineapple Fever episode from SpongeBob.

     With that said, number one best Adventure Time episodes of all-time is...

1. I Remember You (S04E25)

     I really love this episode so much! One of the saddest cartoon episodes ever. Ice King wants Marceline help to him write a song. Marceline has a struggle feeling with Ice King, and that's the moment that i really fells sad. Then the song, Remember You, is play and get me emotional. I almost sad during watching this episode. This is the episode that want you to remember someone that you really miss.
